We do not clean by the hour: we work to a checklist, so before we start you know exactly what will be done and what it costs.
We cover Alicante city and its suburbs, Santa Pola and Gran Alacant. We clean city apartments, houses and villas, rental apartments and offices. The calculator shows the price including travel straight away, based on your area and property.
Torrevieja is at the centre of our service area. We clean seafront apartments, houses on urbanisations and holiday rental apartments. Humidity and sea salt quickly leave deposits on glass, tiles and bathroom fittings, so limescale removal is part of our deep clean.
In Orihuela Costa we work in Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Dehesa de Campoamor, Los Dolses. We also cover La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Rojales, Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa, Pilar de la Horadada, San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier. With hourly cleaning you pay for time, and the result depends on what the cleaner manages to do. We work to a checklist: every service has a list of 36 to 50 tasks, and we bring professional products and equipment. We agree the price before we start. If anything is not right, tell us on the day and we will fix it.

We arrive with our own equipment and work with any fabrics and fillings. We choose the method and chemistry to suit the material, and after cleaning we control the drying so no damp is left inside and no mould can form.
Many people think a sofa or rug will “just dry” after wet cleaning. In reality, water stays deep in the padding and underneath. If a damp rug goes straight back on the floor, mould and a musty smell can appear under it. That is why drying is a required step of our cleaning: we extract the moisture with professional equipment, check how the item dries and tell you when it is ready to use. Without proper drying, the result does not last.
In Spain almost every home has a cat or a dog. Hair works its way into the fabric and padding, and pet traces leave a stubborn smell that ordinary cleaning doesn’t remove. The longer you wait, the deeper the soiling penetrates the fibres and the harder it is to remove. We use specialised chemistry that breaks down organics and neutralises odour rather than masking it. Regular upholstery and carpet cleaning helps keep your home hygienic — especially with children and animals around.
