2. Services

The website allows users to request cleaning services including:

Services are provided in Torrevieja and nearby areas within approximately 25 km.

3. Booking Process

Cleaning services are arranged only after direct confirmation with the client via WhatsApp or phone. Submitting a form on the website does not automatically confirm a booking. The service provider reserves the right to decline a request.

Same-day bookings are not accepted through the website: online booking is available from the next day onwards. If you need an urgent cleaning, message us on WhatsApp and we will check whether a team is available.

By submitting a request, the client confirms acceptance of the cancellation, rescheduling and deposit terms, which form an integral part of these Terms.

4. Payments

The website does not currently process online payments. Payment for services is arranged directly with the service provider after confirmation of the booking details.

5. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and code — is the property of Naranjita Cleaning and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The website provides information about cleaning services only. The operator is not liable for:

8. Property Access and Keys

Keys, access codes and electronic entry devices must be handed to the service provider directly, in person, with confirmation by photo or another method agreed with the client. If keys or access are provided through a third party, left in a mailbox, with a concierge, or by any other method without a direct confirmed handover, the company is not liable for their loss or use by third parties. The client must inform the service provider in advance of any specifics of locks, codes or access systems at the property. If access to the property is not available when the service provider arrives, the service is considered not carried out due to the client, and any prepayment for the visit is non-refundable.

9. Liability for Property and Valuables

The client must put away or point out fragile, valuable, antique or otherwise delicate items in advance. The company is not liable for damage to items whose specific handling requirements were not communicated in advance. Liability for accidental damage caused by the service provider is limited to the value of the damaged item and the coverage of the company's liability insurance, where applicable. Cash, jewellery, documents and other valuables must be stored by the client separately, outside the cleaning area; the company is not responsible for their safekeeping.

10. Pre-existing Defects

The company is not liable for the appearance or worsening of pre-existing defects at the property — such as damaged surfaces, aged plumbing, mould or peeling finishes — that become visible or more apparent during cleaning, if the client did not disclose them in advance.

11. Cleaning Products and Health

The standard cleaning products used by the company meet general safety standards. The client must inform the service provider in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or children or pets present at the property. If the client requests the use of their own cleaning products, responsibility for the cleaning result and any damage caused by those products passes to the client.

12. Pets

The client must secure pets before the cleaning begins. The company is not liable for a pet's behaviour during the service, including it escaping through open doors or windows.

13. Photo and Video Documentation

The service provider may take photographs of the property before and after cleaning to document the scope and quality of the work performed. Such material may be used when reviewing complaints. Use of photographs in the company's portfolio or social media requires the client's separate consent.

14. Quality Complaints

Complaints about the quality of a service must be submitted within 24 hours of completion, with photographic evidence or a specific description of the issue. After this period, the service is considered accepted without objection. The company reserves the right to offer a free correction of specific issues instead of a monetary refund.

15. Staff and Service Conditions

The company may refuse to provide or may stop a service in the event of aggressive behaviour by the client or third parties, unsanitary conditions, biological waste, pests, or other conditions that threaten the health or safety of staff. The company may engage third-party service providers and replace the assigned specialist without prior approval from the client, provided the agreed scope and quality of service are maintained.

In addition, the company may refuse to carry out the cleaning on site without any penalty on its part if the client or persons present are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behave aggressively or inappropriately, or if the actual condition of the property differs substantially from what was declared and poses a risk to the health or safety of the staff (extreme unsanitary conditions, hazardous or biological contamination). In such cases the refusal is not considered a cancellation caused by the company; if the team has already travelled to the property, the terms of the “Cancellation and Rescheduling” section of the Refund Policy apply.

16. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays or inability to provide a service due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, traffic accidents, strikes and other events of force majeure.

17. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Naranjita Cleaning is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable EU regulations and Spanish law, given that services are provided in Spain.
