Many people think a sofa or rug will “just dry” after wet cleaning. In reality, water stays deep in the padding and underneath. If a damp rug goes straight back on the floor, mould and a musty smell can appear under it. That is why drying is a required step of our cleaning: we extract the moisture with professional equipment, check how the item dries and tell you when it is ready to use. Without proper drying, the result does not last.
In Spain almost every home has a cat or a dog. Hair works its way into the fabric and padding, and pet traces leave a stubborn smell that ordinary cleaning doesn’t remove. The longer you wait, the deeper the soiling penetrates the fibres and the harder it is to remove. We use specialised chemistry that breaks down organics and neutralises odour rather than masking it. Regular upholstery and carpet cleaning helps keep your home hygienic — especially with children and animals around.
All work is agreed in advance from photos on WhatsApp. We do not come out without a prior estimate. Some types of stains are treated with no guaranteed result, and the client is told before work starts.
