The price of a deep cleaning is assessed by the level of dirt (light, medium, heavy) with a team lead visiting the property.
We do not sell time. We work to a fixed checklist and deliver the result, so you know in advance what will be done.

Prices are for a property with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. This is the online calculator estimate; we confirm the final price before work starts.
Every first cleaning starts with a property assessment. We evaluate the real condition of the space — via photos in WhatsApp or on-site — including the level of soiling, surface area, and accessibility. The final price is confirmed before work begins. If the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was stated at booking, we agree on a price adjustment before the cleaning starts.
All services are performed strictly according to the protocol below. Work outside the protocol is available as add-on services at our tariff.

If the job needs a team of three or more, or the estimate is over €200, the company may ask for a deposit of up to 50% of the agreed price. The deposit is fully deducted from the final bill.
Rescheduling more than 48 hours before the start is free. If the team is already on the way, there is no access to the property or nobody is there within 30 minutes, the charge is 50% of the order, minimum €50. Cancellation and refund policy
