How we calculate the price
Every first cleaning starts with a property assessment. We evaluate the real condition of the space — via photos in WhatsApp or on-site — including the level of soiling, surface area, and accessibility. The final price is confirmed before work begins. If the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was stated at booking, we agree on a price adjustment before the cleaning starts.

First booking: deep cleaning
For the first visit we strongly recommend a deep clean. Regular cleaning is designed for a home that is already in good order.
For regular clients
We calculate discounts for regular clients individually. Message us on WhatsApp and we will find the best option.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling more than 48 hours before the start is free. If the team is already on the way, there is no access to the property or nobody is there within 30 minutes, the charge is 50% of the order, minimum €50. Cancellation and refund policy

How much does regular cleaning cost?
The estimate starts from €76 for an apartment up to 70 m² with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Each extra bedroom or living room adds €20, each extra bathroom or kitchen €25. The online calculator shows a detailed estimate, and we confirm the final price before work starts.
Can I start with regular cleaning straight away?
For a first booking we strongly recommend starting with a deep clean and then keeping the home clean with regular visits. Regular cleaning is designed for a home that is already in good order. If you still choose regular cleaning for the first visit, we may ask for photos to confirm it will be enough.
How long does the cleaning take?
On average 2–4 hours. The exact time depends on the size, condition and any extra services you choose.
Do I need to be at home?
No. You can hand over the keys, leave instructions and stay in touch on WhatsApp. We agree the details in advance.
Do you change the bed linen?
Regular cleaning includes making the bed without changing the linen. A linen change can be added as an extra service: €10 per set.
Do you clean windows?
Regular cleaning includes removing hand marks from the inside of window glass. Cleaning windows on both sides and window frames is not included: it is part of deep cleaning.
