Hourly cleaning or a cleaning service
What the difference is and why it matters
In Alicante hourly cleaning is offered for roughly €10–14 an hour. A professional cleaning service works differently: you pay for a clear result, not for time. We rated both options honestly, in oranges.

Why we cost more than the market
We arrive with professional products and equipment, follow a checklist and stand behind the result. The hourly price is higher, but you never pay for extra hours or redo the cleaning yourself.
Why we start with a deep clean
If a home has not been cleaned professionally for a while, a regular clean cannot shift built-up limescale and grease. Deep clean first, then regular visits: the result lasts longer, and every next clean is quicker and cheaper.

Alicante specifics
City, sea and old buildings
Alicante is a big city by the sea. It has many flats in older buildings, lots of tourist accommodation and offices, and each comes with its own challenges.
Cleaners who live in the city
Our Alicante team does not spend time driving in from the other end of the coast. It is easier to find a time that suits you, including for regular cleaning.
Old buildings without a lift
The Casco Antiguo and the centre have many buildings without a lift. A top floor does not put us off: we carry the equipment and products up ourselves.
City dust
Traffic and building works leave a grey film on windows, balconies and blinds. We clean glass, frames and balconies, not just the floors.
Calima
A few times a year the wind from the Sahara brings reddish dust into the city. After a calima we get terraces, balconies and windows clean again.
Tourist flats
Around Postiguet, in the centre and at Playa de San Juan there is a lot of guest accommodation. We prepare it for every check-in to the same standard.
Offices
We clean offices and commercial premises at a time that suits you, so we do not get in the way of work.

Alexandra, thank you so much for the deep clean of my apartment. Before you I had another person cleaning, but compared with your work and professionalism, there is simply no comparison! I have never seen my apartment so clean and fresh, with such a pleasant smell afterwards (not even when I moved in 😂). See you again next week, and I recommend you to all my friends ❤️

Is there a call-out fee for Alicante?
No. Travel to Alicante and anywhere in our service area is included in the price.
