Agency properties vary a lot: a studio after careful tenants and a villa after renovation need very different work. It is more honest to quote after seeing it.
We usually get in touch within 2–3 working days. If a viewing or photo shoot is already booked, put the date in your request and we will try to fit in. Urgent jobs are discussed separately.
We agree access in advance, per property or for the whole portfolio. We choose the most convenient option with you.
Yes. For agencies it is the main format: one contractor, one process for requests and sign-off across the portfolio.
Yes, we operate officially and issue a factura. Service contracts for regular work are signed by agreement.
There is no discount programme. For large regular volumes, terms are discussed case by case.
